Adoption Tax Credit Extended!!!

Here ye here ye hidden in the new health care bill was a one year extension to the ATC! It will now sunset December 31st, 2011 and is increased from $12,170 to $13,170 for adoptions occurring after January 1, 2010 (it's retroactive). Even better, the credit is now refundable. I don't know all the details but I have to say I am relieved to say the least because now we have more time to get matched and get finalized! Yay!
