Bad boys...whatcha gunna do?

This morning we went had had our fingerprinting done again so we can renew our FBI clearance docs, it's always an interesting experience going to the Police Station. Inevitably, even if no one else is there, we have to wait. We don't get to wait on comfy chairs we are asked to take a seat in old class room seats, you know the ones with the little tables that fold down. We immediately feel like we are 12 years old and are in trouble for something even though we are grow adults paying to have our finger printing done. Finally, we get called in and in typical Danielle luck we get the Lieutenant that is a "rookie" at finger printing. Fast forward 40 minutes later, three cops and David and I in a small room and we finally get our documents. It was kinda funny b/c I didn't realize David had an invisible left thumb, they kept trying to roll his finger and the top half would never show up! Also, we really didn't need to hear about all the "bad things" that happened over night and how busy they are cleaning up the messes. All I can say is awkward and did the Lieutenant really need to point out that my hands were sweaty? Ha-ha!

We had to wait too but it went pretty quick and they were digital so that was nice. Was yours digital too? I know it leaves little room for error that way. Here's to hoping "the call" comes soon!

It was digital which was awesome, would have been much worse if they still used ink! Thanks :)

We just did ours also, but we didn't have to go to the police station. We went to a nearby education office. They were digital...and both my hubby and I had trouble with our left pinkies sliding instead of rolling...haha!

Dodgy fingerprints must run in the family.
