Merry week before Christmas! I truly cannot believe it is December 17th, I feel like I was just gearing up for Thanksgiving and now here we a week away from Christmas. In the hustle and bustle of everything I can't help but think of all I have to be thankful for, here are just a few reasons I am celebrating this Christmas season;
1. My husband who is patient, kind, loving and always there with a warm hug
2. My family. I love my family more than anything including my in-laws!!!
3. Our health
4. Keeping our jobs in 2009
5. All the organizations that bless children/families not only during Christmas but year-round
6. The opportunity to be considered for adoption
I have been trying to post a slideshow from our trip to San Francisco but for some reason I can't get it to work. Hopefully I'll suss it out this weekend.
For those of us "waiting" I pray for peace as I know the holidays can be more challenging than waiting during other times of the year. My prayer is that 2010 will be the year of babies for all of us!
If I don't post in the next week I wish you all a very Merry and Blessed Christmas!
